In the event of receiving a defective product, Varna Buildings is committed to providing a satisfactory resolution. Should the defect be attributed to a manufacturing error, we offer the option of either repairing the product or replacing it with an item of equivalent value. Additionally, if the defective parts are identified prior to the installation of the building, a refund option is available. Please ensure to submit a return or refund request within 30 days from the date of purchase. For the return to be considered, the product(s) must be in an unused state, identical to the condition upon receipt, and housed in the original packaging. A valid invoice or proof of purchase is necessary for us to efficiently process your return or refund request.
Return Shipping and Exchange Policy

To return your products, please email us at email@example.com and we will be in touch to let you know where your closest return depot is located. Alternatively, we are able to arrange collection of the products being returned at an added price.
All shipping costs for returning the product(s) are non-refundable and will have to be covered by the customer. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on product availability and where the product is being delivered.
Please ensure to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Varna Buildings will not take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during return shipping.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will be issued a full refund to the original payment method used. If you cancel your order after it is shipped, a refund will be issued after deducting the shipping and handling charges incurred. More information about the shipping and handling charges are included within the Terms and Conditions printed onto your invoice.
How can I return my order?
A customer may initiate a return of the product(s) by writing and informing us as email@example.com. You will be eligible for a full refund if you initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the product(s). The refund will be initiated to the original payment method once the products are back at our warehouse. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. If the products have been used, altered, or changed in any way you will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
You are able to return your order after 14 days of receiving it, if the product(s) have not been used, are defective, or cannot be used. However, according to our return policy, you will eligible for a refund or exchange only if you initiate a return within 30 days of the purchase of the product(s). The return request should be substantiated by an explanation and relevant photographs depicting the condition of the product; the products(s) should be in the original packaging.
What happens if I receive a defective product?
Will I be eligible for a refund if I picked up a product on sale?
All products that are on sale or have a discounted price are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange, unless they are defective.
Once a customer has returned the product(s) and the returned goods are received at our warehouse, they will be inspected to check if they are intact and unaltered. Depending on the condition of the product received, Varna Buildings will decide on a partial, full, or no refund. We will send you an email when we receive the product(s) you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once the returned goods are certified to be unaltered on inspection, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
What happens if I have not received a refund?
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please make sure to double check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
